Clearing others’ Energies

As part of the growth process, some of us become very sensitive to other people’s energies. This can make you feel a bit crazy, off balance, like you are not yourself, heavy and exhausted

• The tools we offer here are based on Divine Healing. They are based on the law of “ask and you shall receive”. You can say this prayer out loud or silently, it will be equally effective. What is important is your intent.

• This process is very good to do when you have been working with others as a therapist, if you have been in a crowded or busy place (shops, tube, airport), after being on the internet.

As the energies release you may feel tingling in your body, sigh, yawn or burp. Wait a moment until it feels like the energies have settled. Then say: “Mother-Father God, I command all aspects of my being now return to 100% full energy, health, well-being, vitality, strength, vigour and youthfulness and that all the tissues, vibrations and frequencies of my body, mind and soul renew and revive, regenerate and rejuvenate to hold and sustain higher levels of light. Step Two:
“Mother Father God please release and cut all the Soul Cords, Past Life Cords, Genetic Cords, Relational Cords, Karmic Cords, Psychic Cords, Physical Cords, Energetic Cords,  Emotional Cords, Mental Cords, Spiritual cords, Other Relational Cords and Sexual cords and attachments that I have made, or others have made to  me, that no longer serve anyone. Please heal and repair each matrix multi-dimensionally, in all incarnations and time frames, to infinity and beyond including the Akashic records. Please take everyone back to their centre and stabilise and strengthen the boundary of each ketheric template body. Thank You.”

Blue Sphere Technique

This technique is for maintaining your energy integrity so as to minimise the effects of people and situations draining you energetically.

·It is recommended that you perform this upon waking and just before going to sleep for maximum effectiveness.

·It is especially useful for empathic people who process other people’s energies.

Method:

1. Hold your arms out horizontally to your sides.

2. Close your eyes and visualise a sphere around yourself whose inside surface just touches your fingertips.

3. Say: “Archangel Michael, please infuse electric blue light onto the surface of the sphere for one minute.” Visualise this light coming down vertically from   above you. This teaches your energy fields not to take in energies which aren’t yours and is cumulative in its effect.

4. Now visualise roses of different colours (what ever feels right to you) manifesting on the entire surface of the electric blue light sphere and in your fields out to at least 55 feet in diameter. Their purpose is to take the energy hit if someone/something tries to draw on your energies. Effectively the roses are sacrificed rather than your energies.

5. Now visualise roses of the following colours appearing on back and front of your chakras.

   • The Amethyst Violet Ray on the Crown chakra

   • The Star Sapphire Indigo Ray on the Brow chakra

   • The Sapphire Blue Ray on the Throat chakra

   • The Emerald Green Ray on the Heart chakra

   • The Topaz Yellow Ray on the Solar Plexus chakra

   • The Carnelian Ray on the Navel chakra

   • The Ruby Red Ray on the Base chakra

6. These match your chakra colours and take the energy hit if someone tries to draw energy from a particular chakra.

Unified Chakra

The Unified Chakra meditation creates a bubble of Light that allows you to handle vaster and vaster frequencies, and acts like a force field. This Technique is designed to train your chakras to stay open and connected multi-dimensionally

• When all your energies are aligned and connected, it is much easier to live Heaven on Earth.

• It also helps to screen out other people’s pictures of reality.

• By practicing the Unified Chakra regularly, you will train the different parts of yourself to merge, making you more present and able to follow your Spirit  with each breath and each step. It takes 2 to 3 weeks of regular practice for this to start occurring.

• It is best done in a sitting position with the seven body chakras aligned vertically.

• We suggest you do it daily.

• Unlike most meditations, you do not leave your body; you stay conscious. It is an altered state but it is one that you can live in.

• It is sometimes helpful  when first using it to make a tape of it and play it when learning until you get more familiar with the process.

• It is also important to feel what is going on in your fields. This is not a visualisation technique. As you progress in the meditation, you will feel your  consciousness expanding as the Higher parts of you connect into your personality.

This is designed to clear your home, workplace of energetic junk. This technique requests the following groups of Light Beings to do their specific functions

Legions of Michael
These are the angelic realms associated with Archangel Michael. They are good at infusing energy into a structure and maintaining the structure itself.

Grounding Yourself

In order to be effective in the physical reality it is important to be physically grounded (present/aware/being). This also applies to manifesting abundance in your life. The world of ideas is where we conceive what we want to manifest, which then becomes a physical reality through being consciously grounded in each moment.

We recommend you ground yourself daily. With a little practice, it will only take you a few moments.

Method:

1. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.

2. Focus on your first chakra at the base of your spine. Infuse it with the colour red and give it a little spin. Then extend a cord from your root chakra   down into the centre of the earth. Anchor it there by giving it to an angel, tying it to a tree or whatever other preferred method. Make sure the cord is   quite taut. Bring your consciousness back up this cord into your body.

3. Focus on your second chakra in your lower belly. Infuse it with the colour orange and give it a little spin. Then extend a cord from your second chakra   down into the centre of the earth. Anchor it as above. Make sure the cord is quite taut. Bring your consciousness back up this cord into your body.

4. Focus on your third chakra in your upper belly. Infuse it with the colour yellow and give it a little spin. Then extend a cord from your third chakra down into the centre of the earth. Anchor it as above. Make sure the cord is quite taut. Bring your consciousness back up this cord into your body.

5. Now call your name down these three cords.

6. Allow the energy of Mother Earth to travel up these cords and to fill your body. Feel how nurturing and supportive She is.

7. Feel and enjoy the feeling of being grounded in your body and consciousness.

8. Express Gratitude.

Entity Release

This technique comes to us from Tashira Tachi-Ren. It is useful to do it daily, if you are feeling particularly cloudy or if you have been in a very dense place such as a pub. It is best to do it out loud.

Call for assistance: “Archangel Michael, please bring down the tunnel of Light. Ariel, Azrael and Aru-Kiri, please assist.”
“I break any and all agreements or contracts, both conscious and unconscious, that I have made, anyone in my body has made, or anyone in my spiritual or genetic lineage has made, with any astral entities, thought forms, demons, dark forces, elementals, aliens, satanics, demonics, lost souls, discarnates, parasites, separates and backlash. Please go into the tunnel of Light, we will take you home.”

From the moment you begin an entity release, assume that feelings or thoughts that come up may not be your own. Boredom, spaciness, resistance, anger, aches, nausea, disbelief and grief may all be coming from entities. Identify them and send them to the Light i.e. “entity holding resistance, please go into the Light”. Toning can be useful to ease their release. When you feel clear or lighter, ask Michael to take the tunnel back to the fifth dimension.

Anger Release

This is a way of releasing rage and anger in a safe and meditative way. It can be done alone or with your partner, if there is anger or stagnation in your relationship. It is helpful to do it every day for 10 days to really open your energy.

 

Practice with a partner:

1. Kneel opposite each other with a large, thick pillow (or a stack of pillows) each in front of you.
2. Look into each other’s eyes.
3. Clasp your two hands together, without your fingers being interlocked.
4. Simultaneously start beating the pillows. Release all your anger and rage on the pillow. Allow yourself to shout, make noise etc. Be as total as possible, give yourself permission to let it all out.
5. Continue beating the pillows until your anger is spent.
6. Sit quietly, meditating, observing without judgement, the thoughts, feelings and emotions flowing out of you. Just allow them to be. Do this for about the same amount of time as you were beating the pillows.
7. Embrace each other. You may also like to share any insights you received.

Practice by yourself:

This is a wonderfully simple Tibetan Tantric meditation, which transmutes negativity at every level. The love energy of the heart is what does the transmuting. It is a very ancient meditation and for many sages it is regarded as the only meditation necessary.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Become aware of your body, how you are feeling physically, becoming aware of any aches, tensions or discomforts. Now become aware of how you are feeling emotionally, acknowledging any frustrations, anger, worries etc.

Now breathe into the discomforts/ fears and worries, bringing them up to the heart. Then breathe out love and compassion through the heart. Keep repeating this cycle for at least 10 minutes.

You will feel your pain, worries and fears melt away as they are transmuted by the love energy in your heart centre. You may experience aches in the heart as the heart opens more and more to love and compassion.

The more you do this meditation, the more you will find your life healed and transformed by love itself

Creative Power Healing Symbol

This healing tool was channelled for the benefit of humanity. You can use it in many ways to heal yourself, for energetic space clearing, to unblock traffic , to heal a relationship and whatever else you can think of.

Choose a number 1-21 and place a finger on the dot that corresponds to that number and direct the healing energy to what ever is required. Do this until you experience an energy shift. Give thanks.
